A portion of the hairdos from the '90s were somewhat grungy (practically oily taking a gander now and again), yet the one that caught the hearts of ladies (and I'm certain men as well) was the "Rachel," roused by Jennifer Aniston's character on Friends. What's more, now, as Harper's Bazaar reports, this superbly cut coif with the closures twisted under toward the face, is making a rebound, with a portion of the greatest A-listers wearing the look.
